Drive process development and improvement efforts

Ensuring industry best practices is built-in to solutions and embedded in the business process and systems workflows
Highlights:
• Implemented project controls systems to ensure compliance with organizational processes and provided the Local Management Team with the required risk management protocols and reporting information to ensure that Projects are fully monitored and controlled.
• Managed all Planning, Scheduling, Cost Control and Risk services for Aramco Project, established capital program controls measures to ensure that the project meets its cost/budget, schedule and documentation as per project requirements.

• Responsible for the development of the overall project controls infrastructure to include Work Breakdown Structure, Overall Project Plan, Construction Contracts, Project Estimate, Budgets, Project Schedule and resource requirements to execute the Portfolio Management and General Construction Operation of horizontal and vertical Real Estate Development in an EPC/CM environment.

• Analyzed project needs, established project management strategy, and recommended appropriate level of planning, scheduling and control in addition to managing the performance of 3rd Party Project Management Team & Engineers, Contractors, Vendors, Suppliers and Field Quality Engineers.
Over-all in-charge of the project, implementation of construction works i.e. bridge construction and high-rise construction, contract management and cost control monitoring; Prepares work schedule, bill of materials, PERT-CPM and manpower requirement. Handles project's quantity surveying & cost estimates.
Prepares progress billings for payment. Prepares monthly accomplishment reports. In-charge of materials quality and quantity control. Prepares cost monitoring report vs budget.
