Branch Operations:
● Supervise a team of tellers and staff and manage day-to-day operations of the bank center ensuring compliance with all
the banks policies and procedures.
● Verify all daily transactions to detect and correct errors/mistakes and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy of all the
bank’s records.
● Plan and manage the cash requirements of the branch including ordering cash from the central bank, monitoring cash
with tellers and replenishing and reconciling branch ATMs.
● Maintain all prescribed registers and records at the branch covering all bank operations - ATM, cash desk, treasury,
cheque books, demand drafts, debit cards and PINs, key register, handover and takeover reports, attendance and branch
maintenance.

Customer Service:
● Develop and reinforce business relationships with customers, providing high standards of service to improve the bank’s
reputation and image and facilitate business growth.
● Respond to account related queries from customers and provide prompt, complete and accurate responses including
resolution of complaints and issues.
● Maintain a database of detailed client profiles including requirements under the bank’s Know Your Customer (KYC)
requirements and the client’s banking history to support business development initiatives.
● Track and maintain required records of all high risk documents including ATM cards and PINs, cheque books and liability
letters.
● Coordinate and support the sales team in selling new products to the clients as per their requirements including
cross-selling and up-selling of products

Teller:
● Interface with existing and prospective customers and generate sales of the bank’s products by identifying and exploiting selling and cross-selling opportunities.

Assist customers in completing all their day-to-day transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals, cheque deposits, issue of banking instruments and statements.
● Maintain daily cash and treasury balance and process transactions including 150+ daily cash transactions, demand drafts, ICSS clearing transactions and internal/SWIFT transfers.
● Maintain records in prescribed formats of all cheque clearing and returns, daily cash deposits and withdrawals treasury reports and provide inputs for daily, weekly and monthly branch reports.
