My main role as a QA/QC Senior Engineer is to check all mechanical method of statements & ITP’s (inspection & testing plans) and the materials submitted by subcontractors as per project specifications and international codes & standards like SMACNA, NFPA, ASHRAE, IPC, etc.
Following up all inspections on site and preparing and revising daily reports, site instructions and Non-Conformance reports (NCR’s) in case of any violation in workmanships or documents.
Resolve all NCR’s and Site Instructions submitted by the consultant in a timely manner.
Representing the Mechanical Department in all meetings including work progress, planning, testing and commissioning meetings and provide recommendations.
