• Prepare, issue and maintenance of employment contract to all domestic and foreign workers.
• Conducting appraisal workshops, ensuring 100% participation in appraisals, providing performance appraisal feedback to managers.
• Exit interviews (conducting, documenting, and analysis), also ensuring that employees leave on a good note.
