ECOBAT, a sister company of ASK Gypsum factory, saw the light in Egypt. Our Plants are located in Yanbu, KSA, and Ein Al Soukhna, Egypt. The Company came to produce the highest quality products including Gypsum powder, Gypsum Compounds, Gypsum Boards, Fiber Cement Board, Gypsum Tiles, and Cementitious Based products.
Responsibilities:-
Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to all HR activities.
Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
Building-up complete HR system from scratch with all needed governmental activities in alignment with the related laws.
Designing, planning, and implementing a full project of organization development including job analyses, defining all job descriptions, job evaluation, and grading structure.
Building-up a full rewarding system including compensation & benefits, salary structure, incentive system.
Setting up a Performance Management system for all the company activities to control total productivity.
Responsible for implementing SAP system for HCM modules.
Achievements:-
Completing the hiring process of the new project in Egypt with Zero hiring cost within less than 3 months (200 Employee).
Reorganizing the HR system in KSA for Organization structure, Policies, and procedures, Appraisal management system.
Set up a unified Incentive system for KSA, and Egypt that supports productivity growth from 79% - 98% in KSA, and reaching 70% in Egypt after only 5 months from the factory startup.
Initiating, and applying a complete system of the employee assessment center that supporting the employee selection for even hiring or promoting.
Unifying the system of HR within the group of companies in Egypt, KSA, Lebanon, and Syria considering the differences between the regulations in each country.
Build up a complete Manpower study for Syria factory including legality, and regulations, Manpower planning, employee services, and a rewarding system.
Reorganizing the HR system in KSA for Organization structure, Policies, and procedures, Appraisal management system.
Set up a unified performance management and reward system for KSA, and Egypt that supports productivity growth from 79% - 98% in KSA, and reaching 94% in Egypt after only 5 months from the factory startup.

Unifying the system of HR within the group of companies in Egypt, KSA, Lebanon, and Syria considering the differences between the regulations in each country.
Build up a complete Manpower study for the new investment in Syria including legality, and regulations, Manpower planning, employee services, and a rewarding system.
BMIC is an S.A.E. and one of EKH - El-Khourafi - Companies was founded in December 2007 to establishing and operating a factory for the production of various types of gray cement, clinker and related industries such as cement bricks and ready-mix.
Responsibilities:-
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the top executive level to ensure that organization’s HR strategy is aligned with other business strategies and company objectives.
Ensure that all activities and programs related to human resources are implemented in alignment with the company's human resources strategy to support the achievement of business objectives.
Lead the development of budget preparation based on HR strategy and priorities, and ensure that all activities over the year are implemented within the approved budget to ensure optimization of company resources.
Define the annual manpower plan and lead the recruitment and selection process according to an appropriate procedure to ensuring the quality of people and performance.
Define the compensation and benefits philosophy and build an appropriate salary structure.
