Customer Success
- Working closely with Relationship Managers across Dubai office to provide support on our recruitment solutions; \[https://www.bayt.com/en/employers/\]
- Ensure user understands benefits of using Bayt’s website function by providing them with the appropriate tools and knowledge
- Maintaining a strong and positive relationship with employers across all levels by providing exceptional
post-sales support to motivate repeat usage.
- Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and new users by setting objectives which result in basic product functionality and provide advanced training in order to develop existing users
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure optimal user exxperience
- Obtain testimonials from clients on the benefits of Bayt.com’s services
- Continuously conduct market research on customers’ needs and share it with department heads in order to improve Bayt.com products and services
Talent Acquisition/Sourcing:
- Establish employer’s recruiting requirements by carefully assessing job descriptions and qualifications
- Supporting employers by effectively sourcing relevant profiles for various roles through Bayt’s database
- Assisting employers to contact candidates for initial screening process
- Following up with employers and confirm their satisfaction on the short-listed CVs
- Posting, maintaining and updating online advertisments on employer’s behalf
- Qualify employers through cold calling
- Place targeted outbound calls to multi-territories introducing Bayt.com’s products and services
- Identify qualified leads and that have originated from
- Ensure balance between leads generated from online and print medium
- Record every call outcome and communications accurately in CRM
