Responsible for Al Obour Youth Center project, with a total project
cost of 20 million EGP.
Responsible for managment of the Conference Center project in
Qassim University - Saudi Arabia, with a total project cost of 200 million
SR.
Rseponsible for managment of the Empire Resort project in El-Ain El-
Sokhna, the project is formed of 3 phases which are:
• Phase one: formed of 206 units (18 Villa +188 Chalet) in addition
to 18 apartments.
• Phase two: formed of 346 units (28 Villa + 318 Chalet) in
addition to 5 swimming pools which have been self-
implemented.
• Phase three: formed of 102 units (6 villa+ 96 Chalet) and
swimming pool.
• A four stars hotel with 60 rooms in addition to a health club,
restaurants, meeting rooms and other services.
Responsible for supervision and follow-up to office work in October
sector.
Responsible for:
• Construction works at Ghazala hotel in Nuweiba which consists
of 600 rooms, 300 rooms of them have been self-implemented
of concrete and buildings structure.
• Work of Landscape in the entrance of the Ghazala four stars
hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh as well as a new swimming pool.
• Supervision of finishing 66 expansion rooms in Sharm El-Sheikh
Ghazala hotel.
• Finishing 10 villas in Golden beach (kalimera), diving building
and housing managers in Hurghada.

Responsible for work in contract no. 34M sewers & drainage lines (7
inches - 1500 mm) under supervision of Ambric (Anglo-American
consultant office).
Responsible for works in seti sharm's (Sharm El-Sheikh) four stars
hotel in the form of:
-Construction work for elevating 36 double chalets in hotel.
-Constructing new hotel formed of 30 hotel rooms.
-Constructing staff housing, club house and Disco.
-Constructing new swimming pool and renewing the old one.
-Constructing sewers & drainage lines, pipes of water supply
and firefighting pipes.
-Expansion works in both hotel restaurant and reception
building.
Responsible for carrying out a group of schools in El-Ayatt and
surrounding villages.
