To ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the IT Department in relation to the Company Core Process; thus directly impacting the opening of the Leisure Facility, delivering the experience and closing the Leisure Facility.This position oversees IT Systems User Support of Ferrari World& Yas WaterWorld Systems to ensure IT delivers the guest experience and business requirements in accordance with the business objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Middle and first level of support for all IT systems in both Ferrari World and Yas Waterworld.
(2) Support\troubleshoot Point of Sale equipment and manage the POS (Infogenesis\Agilisys) software.
(3) Support and troubleshoot POS ticketing application (OmniTicket BOS).
(4) Creating and managing users in Domain and configure policies depending on their department and position.
(5) Manage emails/Exchange server.
(6) Maintain and troubleshoot network related issues (Cisco / Juniper).
(7) Ensure smooth operation of customer feedback system (Kiosks/Ipads).
(8) Support and troubleshoot Locker related issues (Gantner).
(9) Maintain CCTV cameras and troubleshoot connectivity (Milestone X Protect)
(10) Maintain and manage Digital Signage (AMX/Bond/RMG).
(11) To log all user support calls to ensure accurate records and problem trend identification to improve service delivery (Maximo-IBM).
(12) To red flag any system/network/user problems that could cause risks in security and service delivery.
(13) To ensure all computers are installed to the specified standards and that version control and antivirus is always up to date to minimize risk of downtime to ensure preventative maintenance is carried out effectively.
(14) Support IT related systems of Go Kart (SMS-Timing)
(15) Locate products; liaise with vendors, and co-ordinate with finance department to purchase IT related hardware and software.

# Responsible for the basic configurations of Cisco switches and routers
#Perform hardware and software maintenance duties.

Ensure Proper Operation and Maintenance and Troubleshooting Of All H.W. & S.W Located In the Store(IBM POS, Servers) (Support Level- 1)
Creation of users and computers in AD 2008 (Support Level-2)
Ensure GPOs are applied to All the Store Users (Support Level-2)
Perform POS server offline test monthly to ensure the smooth running of cash counter even in downtime.
Ensure That the disk quotas assigned to users is Accurate, Timely and Accessible At All Times
Ensure Data& System Access Is As Per Standard Policies and Procedures
Responsible for Taking Back Up’s On Regular Basis to Avoid Any Loss of Files
Responsible For Retrieving Necessary Information for the Store Management
Support All Inventory Taking and Analysis
Maintain & Follow Up ITAM for Asset Entries, Device Errors, Periodical Tests and Preventive Maintenance to Assure Proper Function of All IT Systems
Responsible for Kaspersky antivirus administration
Prepare and Follow-Up Budget for Expense and Assets
Elaborate, Execute & Follow Up the Department Training Plan
Participate In the Implementation of New I.T Projects & Take Ownership of Them
