Lead the Human Resource initiatives for the concerned business unit by providing end to end HR Support
In conjunction with the General/ Divisional Manager, consolidate the manpower requirements for the respective Business Unit.
In coordination with the Recruitment Executive, ensure that the division is adequately staffed within the stipulated timelines and allocated budget.
Support the recruitment process by conducting interviews along with the respective line manager.
Lead the on boarding process for new recruits from the HR orientation stage to the completion of functional induction.
Ensure that the Probationary reviews are completed within the specified guidelines.
Support the Line Manager to address performance discrepancies, if any.
Responsible for driving the talent management initiatives for the business unit.
Responsible for driving initiatives within the business unit that will facilitate employee retention.
Responsible for ensuring that the performance appraisals are conducted on time and in a qualitative manner.
Ensure that the Divisional Training Needs are addressed through the corporate training calendar.
Conduct Annual team building initiatives for greater cohesiveness and synergy within the team.
Ensure employee queries are addressed in a timely manner through frequent contact and support.
Generate division specific/HR specific reports in a timely and qualitative manner.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Ensure and maintain updated employee records both hard and soft copies.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to visa and trade license renewal, new visa processing and vehicle registration renewals
Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates both by telephone and face to face interviews to determine skills, screening potential candidates by evaluating confidence level, knowledge, communication skills, attitude, experience, salary expectations, commitment, interest, and availability of candidates.
Conducting initial orientation for newly hired employees and providing guidance regarding the policies, rules and structure of the organisation.
Ensure necessary formalities and procedures are carried out for obtaining labour card, employment/residence visa, ID cards and medical Insurance
Coordinate HR meetings, training, surveys etc.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations, Constant check on staff welfare, listening to grievances/complaints/feedbacks/opinion and taking necessary actions.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Dealing with third parties and agencies such as recruitment consultancies, agents, manpower supply companies, tenants etc
Recharging and Maintaining Salik accounts, preparing monthly Salik statements.
Handling resignations and terminations, Conducting exit interviews and assisting in final settlement calculations and procedures.
Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Manager including issuance of salary certificates, experience certificates, memos, notices, circulars, etc.
