* Maintain the hygiene & the HACCP in all Outlets.
* Set and maintain the brand standard
* Implementation of the rituals
* Maintain the high standard of service quality
* Training and coaching of the food & beverage team
* Assist to prepare the yearly budget.
* Maintain the outlet cost
* Recruitment and selection of team members
* Dealing with hotel suppliers
* Consistently achieve excellent outlets revenue
* Assist the cost controller on setting up the micros and maintain the stock
* Performance appraisal of the team members
* Maintain the guest relations of the outlets
* Strong guest satisfaction survey
* Maintain the high standard of grooming and personal hygiene with the team
* Part of the HACCP committee
* Prepare the Capex and Opex for all the outlets
* Establish control measures to ensure that the Food & beverage cost are well maintained
* Ability to manage a big operation and efficient team
* Work very closely with Sales & Marketing team
