Following are the main work description:
a. Responsibilities as mentioned in my previous position in the same company.
1. Conduct the classes of HRM subjects e.g. Business Communication, Human Resource Management, Strategic HR, Operational Management for the students of MBA as faculty.
2. Carryout assessment and order of merit at the end examination.
3. Motivate, counsel and guide the students in their performances.
Served in Bangladesh Army for about 32 years in Command, Staff, Instructional and Para-Military Forces in various important appointments. Has got overseas working experience over 2 years as Chief of Staff (COS) and Liaison Officer (LO) for the United Nations Mission in Somalia and Liberia in managing/leading in crisis in hostile environment.
1. Estimate, plan, organize and conduct the deployment of Bangladesh Brigade Group Force at Sector-3 in Liberia.
2. Issue operational and contingency plan to under command contingents of Bangladesh Sector as per UNMIL Operational Order.
3. Monitor the activities of different Rebel Groups and furnish update report to JOC of UNMIL HQ.
4. Ensure ROE, Human Rights and Implementation of UN mandate within AOR.
5. Carryout Investigation of cases and coverage of MT accidents with recommendations.
6. Provide security and administrative support to NGOs, OCHA, Humanitarian agencies and other mission partners for implementing on going projects.
7. Plan, Coordinate and Conduct DD process within BANSEC in a shortest possible time.
8. Monitor, Negotiate and discuss with Rebel Leaders and evolve security strategies and security for IDPs camps.
9. Review Project Proposal and monitor on going 'Quick Implementation Project' within AOR.
10. Liaise, Disseminate Information and 'Lessons Learned' to Force HQ and update with on going operations.
11. Plan, Practice, coordinate and execution of 'Evacuation/Abandon' plan with Technical Team.
12. Carryout regular briefing to Senior Officials.
1. Provide all kinds of communication to Bangladesh Contingent Headquarters and its under command sub units deployed at different locations in Somalia.
2. Coordinate with UNOSOM Force HQ and maintain liaison with Bangladesh Contingent.
3. Function as Liaison Officer(LO) at F HQ and attend in Operational Briefing regularly and coordinate Operational assignments of Bangladesh Contingent.
4. Implementation of various Project Works assigned to Contingent by NGOs.
5. Coordinate the Rehabilitation Programme of Displaced Persons at Mogadishu and Afgawe in Somalia.
6. Publish, Monitor and Enforce Information and Security Policies. 7. Develop and Manage Security Awareness and Training Programme of Bangladesh Contingent.
8. Carry out negotiation and threat analysis.
Warfare, Leadership and Management, Security Studies, Media and Information handling and Military Operation. This includes operational and strategic planning also.
Dissertation carried out on 'Grameen Bank and its future prospects'. Besides subjects covered on Administration, Management, Operational Strategy, UN Operations, Counter Insurgency, Disaster Management, etc.
