Sourcing profiles through Portals, Manpower consultants, internal database and employee referrals. Conducting initial screening of candidates and scheduling potential candidates for interview with functional heads.
Organizing and effectively supporting Recruitment Campaign locally and in overseas.
Sourcing and mobilizing candidates from different countries like India, Pakistan, Philippines, Ghana, Egypt, South Africa, Zambia, Canada, Turkey, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
Monitoring the recruitment agencies to fulfill all customer requirements and handle client’s exclusive assignments.

Onboarding of new Rec. agencies.
Preparing contract and agreements for the agencies and the client.

Issuing tickets for the candidate’s mobilization and demobilization.
Assisting candidates for sponsorship change process and registration in Saudi Council Engineering.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, coordinate with all business trips as per the requirement and make the necessary arrangement for the delegate’s i.e. visa processing, flight ticket, accommodation and many other responsibilities.
I am responsible for sourcing the right profile candidates.
Corresponding with the agencies regarding the deployment for the candidates until they arrive.
New Arrival arrangements ( transportation, Accommodation etc)
Update the data base for the new arrivals in the system and prepare their personnel files.
Managing monitoring visas reports.
Identify vacancies, make recruitment planning and initiate the recruitment processes
Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Screen candidates and conduct the pre-Screening interviews.
Coordinate the interview process both inside and outside the Kingdom.
Maintain excellent and professional relations with the potential local educational institutions.
Review, process and answer all open applications and CVs.
Monitoring the performance of multi-skilled work force and conceptualizing need-based training programs to enhance their efficiency & productivity.
Prepare summery sheet of selected candidates for management approval.
Prepare Offer Letter, Contract of Employment & support documents for visa stamp.
Initiate the induction procedures for new employees to ensure proper administration and preparation for employees start.
Initiate that new employees are evaluated before the end of probation time.
Entry updates in the recruitment administration and CV database to enable tracking and tracing candidates
Process invoices of recruitment agencies

Coordinate with all the Project coordinators regarding the manpower issue as per their requirement
