• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, and/or arrange for billing.
• Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, and issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.

I have studied 4 years in which I have majored in Finance. I am an honer student and I have excelled in the following subjects based on my teacher's comments and my transcript. I also received 5 certifications of excellence throughout my student life and 2 certifications for my out of study field actions, for I have participated in Environmental completion twice. not to mention the honer scholarship that I had because of my CGPA.
