HR BUSINESS PARTNER
- Acting as an advisor to the different functions in HHC and facilitating dialogue between the functions and HR to discuss and agree on matters related to HR, including talent management, recruitments, succession planning, performance management, and organization structure/changes.

COMMUNICATION AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Ensure key messages are communicated to the team as required from the HHC HQ.
- Developed House Rules and office etiquette manual for the new joiners.
- Responsible to onboard BU/ Clusters new joiners on Health transformation and WBU function and roles.
- Plan and organize gathering activities to enhance communication and share knowledge between WBU and the Stakeholder such as monthly CEO’s connect, and annual business units connect.
- Improve Learning Culture in the BU by creating a learning day space (once a week) for WBU staff and encouraging them to complete their online training programs, and attend “GetTogether” for two hours to share knowledge by WBU VP, Directors, SMEs, Guest Speaker, and participate in book club sessions.
- Enhance team bonding by planning social gatherings and team-building activities.
- Joined the Employees Voice Committee as a member to Improve the workplace environment, ensure the execution of employees’ suggestions and maintain their engagement, and promote HHC values.
