Projects Manager
Projects Manager for more than 3 big projects in the same time and Contract manager for one project.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Create goals and plans for Construction Department.
▪ Manage and monitor All Development Entities to Improve Construction performance.
▪ Agreeing projects scope, objectives, staffing, resources and deliverables.
▪ Accept Plans and schedule projects timeline and milestones.
▪ Accept The Formulation of risk management plans for the Projects.
▪ Track and Monitor projects deliverables.
▪ Monitor quality assurance Reports and making sure the quality standards are met.
▪ Monitor and Control sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
▪ Monitor and Control projects Cost And Budget by Monthly Reports.
▪ Develop and present reports on project progress to General Manager.
▪ Maintain communication with project stakeholders and manage expectations
▪ Evaluate projects and assess results.
▪ Using the ERP Software to keep track of progress.
The Proiects i work on it are :
-AlPhantain Hotel .Aswan, Egypt ."Completing construction, Electromechanical Works and all Finishes".total cost 150 million LE pounds . Also Work as A Contract Manager In AlPhantain Hotel.
-3 Projects for Factories “Abou Zabal Chemicals Industries” .Cairo, Egypt.." Construction, Steel Construction, Electromechanical Works and Finishes ". A factories consists of 55 buildings for different production phases, total cost 320 million LE pounds.
-AlSalam Stadium . Cairo, Egypt ." Construction, Electromechanical Works and Finishes " . total cost 140 million LE pounds
-Mina Garden City Club .6 October, Egypt ." Construction and Finishes” .
