Work responsibilities were the following but not limited to:
- Reviewed existing procedures and developed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)/Work Instruction (WI) for the HR department and resolve issues involving internal audit reports such as Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA).
- Conducted the orientation for new joining employees and training for colleagues & concerned employees for any new/revised SOP
- Managed the job description and organization chart

• Man-hour & overtime report

- Co-managed the drafting and submission of the annual manpower budgeting and forecasting report, through the MS excel.
