The main role is coordinating the SAP implementation project for both Egypt and Saudi and preparing for the end users training(almost 400 employees)as following:
- Mapping end users to the right SAP roles by each stream based on their current roles and skills in order to address training needs.
- Consolidating a training course sheet by functionand times with Stream Leads in order to preparethe training schedule.
- Sendingout separate invitations to each training session.
- Planning all the related logistics i.e. visas, travel, and venues, etc.
- Ensuring materials are complete and each module has a proficiency test.
- Collecting and monitoring attendees register.
- Providingweekly training progress tracker/analysis to Project team “planned and actual attendances, Proficiency tests results, notes and number of modules held in each week ”
- Tracking SAP end users training completion if any follow-up training needed or any training gaps that may arise.
- Getting trainee’s feedback by sending them posttraining evaluation after its completion.
- Circulating and distributing SAP Go Live countdown posters.
- Compiling employee Pre Go-Live briefings communication material.
- Following up “translating, printing and cascading “shared service center communication handbook to customers and suppliers as a reference.
- Preparing forSAP Go Live celebration event in Egypt.
Other HR assignment/Project:Formulating and updating all product supply organization charts and liaise with the head of departments for updating existing job descriptions accordingly.
