مساعد اداري اعمل كسكرتير لمدير الشؤون الادارية والمالية بالاضافة لمساندة الزملاء في الموارد البشرية، الاشراف على نظام الحضور والانصراف (البصمة) واعداد التقارير الدورية، ارشفة وحفظ المعاملات الصادرة والواردة، تنظيم الاجتماعات للمدير، الرد على الاتصالات الهاتفية والبريدية، اعداد وطباعة الخطابات والمراسلات الادارية. مراجعة وتدقيق الوثائق والمعاملات.الجرد ومراقبة المخزون.

I work as a support for colleagues in human resources.

I prepare periodic reports.
Archive and save outgoing and incoming transactions.
Organize meetings for the manager and respond to telephone and mail communications.
Prepare and print administrative correspondence.
Reviewing and auditing documents and transactions. Inventory and stock control.
• Files, types, and is responsible for other clerical
duties along with assisting other teammates as directed by the manager and other management teammates
• Answers phones, screen calls, take and deliver messages and place calls as directed or necessary
• Arranges patient transportation as needed and assists with physician appointments for patient
• Maintains accurate accounting of all stock items kept in the facility to include dialysis, reuse, and office supplies ( work in conjunction with inventory technician) o Maintaining supply of patient and teammate forms o Proactively monitoring and providing information for ordering supplies o Completing weekly purchase order and submitting to the manager or other designated manager to authorize purchases
o Assisting in preparing monthly inventory supplies
o Receiving shipments, researching back-ordered items, distributing purchase orders as required and completing the order process
o Amending and correcting billing/credit
problems, retaining copies of all incoming invoices

Supervising and maintaining the security of life and property in the economic city. Training and coordination of tasks between security guards and their follow-up.
