As Chief of Financial Controlling Department
Part of my job duty:
1. Conducting annual financial planning and forecasting
2. Interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
3. Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
4. Producing long-term business plans
5. Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
6. Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
7. Managing budgets
8. Developing and managing financial systems/models
9. Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments
10. Developing the financial strategy, business plan and policies in accordance with overall strategies and objectives
11. Developing the budget necessary to ensure that the Finance and Accounting functions needs of the company are achieved
12. Directing the development of financial and business systems and drive the efficient use of resources across it
13. Responsible for coordinating of all activities relating to the development of the company’s annual financial statement
14. Coordinating with external auditors and handles their requirements in order to finalize the audit of the company financial statements
15. Coordinating with all other divisions and departments to facilitate the preparation and finalization of the company’s annual budget and monitors the company’s performance verses the budget.
16. Ensuring that the financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.
17. Reviews cost of funds and pricing of loans and deposits and submits analysis/recommendations to management on a periodical basis
18. Monitoring growth and profitability of divisions and departments and reports to executive management.

22. Investigating ways to improve profitability
23. Analyzing markets for business opportunities that can capitalize on (e.g. expansions, mergers, acquisitions…etc.)

25. Advising senior management and board of directors on financial aspects of the business
26. Overseeing the flow of cash and financial instruments
27. Directing and managing the performance of subordinates
28. Building the Finance and Accounting team in line with the company’s needs (staffing, training, coaching…etc.)
29. Carry out a review of statements of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
30. Supervising the preparation and submission of claims to different insurance companies.
31. Supervising insurance contracts with companies.
32. Supervising the collection and follow-up collections from companies
33. Supervising the orders of supply for suppliers of medicines and suppliers of medical and non-medical supplies
34. In addition to other duties related to the financial operations of the company.

10. Prepare periodic and necessary for senior management reports and any non-periodic reports may be requested in a timely and accurately reflect the true picture of the development of the company.
11. Do all the settings for the calculations depending on the powers and accounting procedures.
12. Carry out a review of statements of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
