• To Recruit and train the Branch Managers, Software & Marketing Executives and to place them in all the Branch Offices in India. To Impart Functional and Managerial training to the Branch Managers.
• To Follow up the performance of all the Branches and to introduce the working pattern to increase the Sales and was reporting to the Vice President - Marketing
To Handle the sale & Marketing of the Software packages through
the Dealer Network,
To Train the Sales & Marketing Executives on selling skills.
To Train the After sales team on Customer Relationship
Responsible for the Revenue generation and customer retention.
