- Freelancer Arabic / English Tour Guide: responsible for reaching out to visitors or VIP by calls, Emails & face to face meetings in hotels or any site, escort groups around the site and give them informations, collect payment of tours from all guests .
- Handles guests' complaints .
- Provide vehicle transfers with provide luggage assistance to all guests .

- Customer Service Member in Ragab Sons Hyper Market : including greeting, advising customers on their various payment options, collect bills, achieve target related to the collection & connected calls, maintain customer files by keeping file/system updated., arranging home deliveries, working flexibly as part of a team and as part of a work .
-Welcome, escort, assist, meet and greet services for the guests at Luxor International Airport (Arrival -Departure ) .
-Ensure passengers are assisted smoothly through airport facilities.

-Assist the visitors inside the hotels to fill their RC with the reception.

-Organize city tours and trips like touristic program inside Egypt .
-Make excursions to the visitors both Arabic & English .
-Reconfirm the flight tickets of the guests in Egypt Air offices .
