Participate in the development of training methodologies, propose list of trainging courses to raise the staff efficiency according to the job requirements.
Propose training programs and constituent annual training plan for the bank based on the training methodologies developed and work on the first draft of the plan preparation.
Coordinate with the direct manager responsible to select the training needs based on the career path prepared in order to achieve job satisfaction for employees.
Responsible to propose the names of internal and external trainers and submit them to the direct manager to choose the right ones to achieve the highest return on training
Follow the receipt and review of data on the training course and sent by the coach and the objectives of the course are included, the newspaper contents, dates and times of the session, the participants of the target group .
