A- passed level 1&2 courses (basic engine, basic hydraulics, and power train& machine & electric and electronic engine)
B- covering maintenance service of the areas El menia, Assiut, sohag, and Qina Governorates ( uper Egypt )for caterpiller machines and generators.
C- performing all maintenance needed including, diagnoses troubleshooting for engines, overhaul, hydraulic pumps, final drives ...etc
D- as a Mantrac Service Engineer, I worked for SGM (Sokari Gold Mines ) to maintain its machines for the period Dec. 2016 to Nov, 2017. which includes:-
* work for diggers team to service front shovels and excavators ( RH 170, RH 120, & RH 90 )
*participated in three foll lives for 1 shovel & 2 exavators.
I work as Production & Maintenance Engineer in a full line plant for plastic weaving bags.
From Jan 2012 to-date. it includes but not limited to :-
Production Planning:-
- Receive production requests from sales manager then issue production orders to the supervisors of the machines then receive the executed orders using E R B system to plan the manufacturing process.
- Compute the raw material ( polypropylene and calcium carbonate and master batch for coloring ) necessary for requested order .
- Prepare for textile then weaving process.
- Be sure of manning, machines and power.
Production process :-
- Monitor production processes from weaving to stamping, cutting texture, sewing edges according to size then packing.
- Assuring smooth and accurate staging of production equipments and machines .
- Monitor application of quality measures .
- Assure proper delivery of the order.
Maintenance :-
- Supervise conduction of regular maintenance for hydraulic equipment, machines, power source and control boards.
- Troubleshoot any emergency malfunction or misuse of mechanical or hydraulic equipment.
- Troubleshoot any power failure or shortage .
Plant safety & security
- Assure that fire alarm system is working properly.
- Assure that security measures are applied.
- Insure safety harnesses
Others:-
- Maintain product cost effectiveness .
- Issue monthly activity reports in regard to production processes, maintenance and equipment function.
- Guide production workers (40+) and maintenance technicians as well.
- Train fresh engineers on job.
- Finished documentation for ISO 9001.
- Gain and analyze feedback from customers and advise corrections.
1-, Hand by hand installation of all hydraulic equipment elements, production controls, power supply boards and safety system of the plant along with the supplier Expertise . (Oct.1st.2011 to Dec.31st.2011).
2- More involved in installing new expansion of weaving line due to more demand 6 months later.
