Responsibilities
• Involved in end to end management of processes related to lease negotiation, project development and definition of KPIs for effective utilization of real estate.
• Recommending and implementing plans for leasing, development, acquisition and sale of real estate.
• Working on new site identification, procurement (either directly or through joint ventures), lease renewal, reconfiguration, renegotiation, expansion and relocation based on business requirements.
• Rendering consultancy on space usage, site optimization, re-deployment of under-utilized assets as well as restructuring of business strategies aligned to market dynamics.
• Ensuring compliance to various statutory regulations related to real estate as well as environment in finalization of business deals.
• Preparing and ensuring compliance to budgets aimed at maintenance of organizational profitability.
• Building and maintaining productive business relationship with existing clients and prospects for identifying and developing new business opportunities.
