I was hired to set up and organize the Resume Database System from an Extensive Number of Monthly Online Applications.
These Systems have enabled the team to quickly access Screened Candidates who could be considered for ongoing and urgent vacancies, thereby reducing Recruitment Costs.
These Systems will enable a smooth transition to Oracle's iRecruitment Systems which are to go live.
