Responsible for the developing all company departments to comply with TQM concept, this include establish, implement and maintain ISO 9001 & 22000 & 14001 & 17025 & OHSAS 18001 & BRC. Also, interconnect with all function managers, providing quality assurance requirements pertaining to all the stages of contracting, planning, designing, procurement, manufacturing and inspection from the material receipt, in process and up to the final product and delivery. Periodical examination are being applied and implemented by conducting internal audits to ensure that all quality assurance standards of activities and tasks are performed effectively and in compliance with the international standards, company specification, policies, and government regulation and laws in addition to the customer’s expectation, and issuing instant report indicating non-conformity and the dispositions required and the necessary corrective and preventive actions.
Issue weekly report indicating the cost of poor quality (re-work, re-inspection, waste material, etc).
Issue monthly follow up report indicating the status of the corrective and preventive actions, using the statistical techniques to measure the progress and the quality improvement
Develop and guide all team members to ensure proper implementation and adherence to ISO 9001 & 22000 & 14001 & 17025 & OHSAS 18001 & BRC, and any government directive.
Liaise with all 3rd party external auditors and ensures that all concerned departments are well prepared for external conformance audits.
Initiate, analyze, and respond to any customer compliant and recommend the correction action to be taken.
Supervise the inbound material, in process, and finished product specification compliance, and recommend & take action where necessary to ensure product standards.
Inspect returned items and approves all corrective action report.

Conducted a full quality-consulting scheme for different Egyptian Organizations to establish and develop their quality assurance systems to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001/ 94 & ISO 9002/94 & ISO 9001/ 2000 standards & ISO 14001/96.
Established a continuos improvement system in Belayim Petroleum Co. (Petrobel) based on Total Quality Management concepts, I was the team Leader for two years up to up-grade their Management system and create the TQM concepts in everywhere inside the organization.
Prepare and review action plans for TQM implementation in different factories, in addition to train their employees to be well-grounded and informed with the TQM tools, techniques and the methods of implementation such as Santa Fe" Drilling services", El-Boarq “ Electronics Company”, Ministry of Defense “ Egypt”, Ministry of interior, Sudanese Standards and Metrology Organization, Sudan Airways, Sudanet Company, Sudatell Company “ Sudan”, Sotuplast “ Algeria”.
Conducting full consulting scheme including the design, preparation and implementation of the procedures and working instruction for the activities and processes of different Arabic “ Kuwait, Sudan, Algeria” and Egyptian services and industrial companies during the design and implementation of their management system to comply with the requirement of national or international standard.
