Project based consultancy position to manage and execute all marketing outreach initiatives for the “Sheikh Zayed & Europe: A Journey” exhibition which include developing a Marcomms and digital strategy as well as setting goals and clear KPIs.

Appointed the Go to Market lead on projects such as brand re-positioning and the launch of new programs. Advance and manage the local area market team by providing coaching, setting clear KPIs, and assessing market insights. Achievements:
• Developed and implemented marketing SOPs which lead to a 60% increase in productivity and efficiency within 3 months of initiation
• Lead the biggest 360 marketing integrated brand rebranding launch in BOUNCE’s history across the GCC resulting in a digital reach of over 6 million, a PR AVE of over 220, 000 USD and saw an increase in revenue of 10% during the first month.
• Managed and executed the launch of X-Park in Abu Dhabi resulting in a PR AVE of over 100, 000 USD, a digital reach of over 2 million.
• Lead and executed the first 1 Million Calorie Burn event in the GCC with a digital reach of over 4 million.

Identify feasibility of marketing initiatives by measuring Financial Perspectives, Customer Perspectives and Internal Process Perspectives. • Organised and executed six new cinema openings across the GCC with 600 people in attendance for each
• Organised and executed several middle east movie premieres such as Taken 3 and Spectre, all with over 1500 persons in attendance. Total digital reach was over 14 million and the AVE of PR was over 750, 000 USD
• Launched marketing campaigns that lead to an average increase in ROI of 15% per campaign
• Planned and lead the rebranding initiative across GCC in 2013
