Ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted process.
Rectify any fault occurred during the operation of the plan in the minimal time.
Keep all the automation system, instruments and equipment well calibrated to ensure the best quality of the product and an uninterrupted operation.
Liaises with the sub-contractors in the installation / revamping of the plant.
Project Management, Primavera P6, Earned Value Measurement System (NASI/AEI EVMS 748) and Delay Analysis, face-to-face, classroom, corporate and In-house Trainings.
Supervision of civil projects, planning consultancy and marketing.
Developed the construction master plan and the planning packed to submit for approval to the Client. That included with the baseline programme, programme filters (critical path, WBS dictionary, cost assumption, resources pool and procurement schedule etc.), Project Cash Flow, Resources Histogram and Logistics plan.
Weekly update presentation to the client at each weekly meeting.
Weekly, Bi-weekly and monthly tabular and graphical reports.
Lead and guide the planning team.
Incorporate the change orders, site instructions and variations.
Prepare the delay analysis for the EOT (Extension of Time) claim.
Liaises with the consultant and incorporate his and client’s comments and concerns in the revised programme in order to get the approval in minimal time.
Generate the new cash flow, resources histogram and procurement & logistic plans.
Brief the progress percentage & trend to the project manager and attend the weekly and monthly meetings.
Generate and prepare weekly and detailed monthly progress reports.

Filter and revise the baseline programme tasks at each forecast of the local meteorological department whenever is necessary and communicate that with the execution team.
Revise and update bi-weekly the risk registers and submit to the project manager, client and all the stakeholders for necessary actions.

Developing the project masterplans for both of the towers as two projects and get that approved from the consultant.
Generate the project cash flow and resources histogram (before the submission) and consult with the HR and faineance departments in order to synchronize the project cash flow and resource allocation with the management policy.
Analyze the delay in the construction of the Opel Tower for an Extension of Time Claim.
Develop a masterplan for 210 villas project in Abu Dhabi and its submission package.
Delivery of accurate and timely information, reports and analysis to all stakeholders to the sanctioned cost, schedule behavior and key performance indicators (KPI) and progress on weekly basis.
Ensuring all the electrical scope has been incorporated in the MEP programme and in the masterplan accordingly.
Ensuring the electrical works are not hindered by the civil or other MEP works.
Coordination between the electrical and mechanical team and resolve the conflicts in the drawings.
This was a small Establishment with two Saudi and one Indian partners. Regardless the job titles my role in the company was the general manager who was responsible for all say, a one-man-show.
Estimation, negotiations with the suppliers, procurement, planning and execution & Hiring for the projects etc.
Project supervision, monitoring and tracking.

The major project undertaken during this period were mainly;
o Relocation of HV Cables
o Power expansion in industrial units.
o Installation of substations
o Heavy steel structure erection.
o Road maintenance.
o And numerous civil projects.
Ensuring that no underground utilities mentioned in the drawings are affecting the electrical installations (substations and new traffic signals etc.).
Notify to the client and resolve if there is any or a third part installation above the ground is hindering the execution of electrical scope.
Validation of electrical scope and ensure that all has been incorporated in the masterplan.
Prepare technical submittals of the equipment and material required for the client’s approval and float the inquiries to the suppliers.
Supervise the execution of electrical scope.
Prepare the drawings for the installation. Logistic, supervision, commissioning and customer service.
