Develop a masterplan for 210 villas project in Abu Dhabi and its submission package.

This was a small Establishment with two Saudi and one Indian partners. Regardless the job titles my role in the company was the general manager who was responsible for all say, a one-man-show.

Ensuring that no underground utilities mentioned in the drawings are affecting the electrical installations (substations and new traffic signals etc.).
Notify to the client and resolve if there is any or a third part installation above the ground is hindering the execution of electrical scope.
Validation of electrical scope and ensure that all has been incorporated in the masterplan.
Prepare technical submittals of the equipment and material required for the client’s approval and float the inquiries to the suppliers.
Supervise the execution of electrical scope.
Prepare the drawings for the installation. Logistic, supervision, commissioning and customer service.
