  • My current job since May 2011

Skraw-mech provides steel construction, machine components and laser steel cuttings. Its products are often parts of machines and product lines in many branches of industry i.e. motorization, metallurgy, opencast mining, off-shore, pressing and paper.

Key Focus:
- Computerized Numerical Control CNC (Computer Control Devices MISSION Numeric): A numerical control system that is equipped with a microcomputer, and can be programmed in an open and interactive manner.

- CNC Control Systems support graphical displays that possess the following features:
• Display NC programs
• Provide important information about the tools
• Offer information correction tools which assist in machining surfaces with different angles of inclination relative to the Z-Axis (Z-Axis CNC machines are parallel to the main traffic working)
• Enable machining of parameters
• Assure accuracy of the program
• Integrate the machine with other computers systems

- CNC machining provides quick, precise and highly repeatable results for complex shapes. Detailed exposure to Computerized objects Production Phases include:
• Phase-aided design (CAD)
• Process control plan for the project on the machines (CAM)
• CNC (specific performance)

- Exposure to control systems of machine tools NC/CNC include:
• Control point - positions the tool in a specific position relative to the object
• Control staple - implements working movements or displacement of tool-feed but only on tracks parallel to a fixed coordinate axis
• Control Form (continuous) - performs any movement (straight, bevels, arcs, curves) on the entire range of figures or solids, distinguished here as Control Form 2D, Control Form 2 1/2D and Shape control of 3D

Key Responsibilities:
• Programming Heidenhain, milling lathes and numbers in the CAM system
• Designing and developing sheet actuators
• Selecting appropriate cutting tools to support operations in a cost effective manner
• Analyzing requirements and developing technologies for seamless execution of CNC machining
